Steven J. Dunning

Steven J. Dunning is one of the partners of McConnell, Dunning & Barwick LLP.

Following his admission to the California Bar, he spent eight years in the business and corporate law department of the Orange County, California office of Paul, Hastings, Janofsky & Walker LLP, an international law firm.

Mr. Dunning was admitted to the California State Bar in 1981.

He graduated from Stanford University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1973 and in 1981 he received his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles. Mr. Dunning was a professional Major League Baseball player from 1970 to 1978.
Member of the Orange County Bar Association (Business and Corporate Law and Real Estate Law Sections) and of the American Bar Association (Business Law and Real Property and Probate Law Sections). Mr. Dunning is a past Chairman of the Orange County Bar Association's Business and Corporate Law Section.
